Refinancing investment property in Alabama

I have 15 rental properties. Nine are in my name and 6 are in my wife's name. We would like to refinance most if not all of them. All properties are in Alabama. We have been a landlord for 6 years. I am running into walls because of the number in our name. Please help me and give me some solutions.

Gabe, there are lenders who will allow up to 10 financed properties.
