| i am due in may and my birthday is in august 31. when i turn 17 can i move out with my son to texas where it is legal to move out at 17 with a kid? |

Hi alaska,
As far as I know, the legal age to move out in Texas is 17. However, before taking any decision, I would suggest you to consult an attorney and take his opinion on this issue.
