Have given notice that my property will go to auction on 4/22. When would I have to move out? The lender is stating 30 days after the sale, but others are telling me within 3 days of sale.

Hi Guest,

As far as I know, after the sale of the property is over, the lender and the new owner of the property would give you a 3 days notice to leave. You will have to move out within this time period.

Thanks
