llisahuk69 Joined: 02 Jul 2010 Posts: 1 1.00 Dollars($)	Posted: Fri Jul 02, 2010 4:40 am    Post subject: Insurance charge Like 0 Dislike 0 I have my mortage with Capstone and they have been charging me buildings insurance despite me having sent them a copy of my third party arrangements. I have only just discovered it when I was looking at my statement more in depth for a potential remortgage. I have arrears with them that were set as an additional order through the court and they are now saying that they wont refund the money overpaid merely credit it to my account. Surely they are not allowed to do this? Can anyone help Thansk Lisa

They are ready to credit the amount means they are ready to pay but not in cash and are settling this amount in your mortgage payment.So I think this is perfectly OK.
