I feel so foolish. A roofing company came by my house and told me that could prove to my insurance company I had hail damage and negotiate with my insurance company to get me a new roof. Of course I fell for that one! I signed a contract saying I would let this company replace my roof if approved by insurance company. I did get approval from the insurance company to have a new roof. Since then I have not been able to talk to anyone at the roofing company. They have not been back to my house and when I did get in touch with the "salesman" I told him I needed an estimate for the new roof...I still have not received it. Can I break this contact? If I get in touch with someone at the roofing company and tell them I have decided to have someone else do my roof, can they sue me or what will happen? I need immediate help!!!!!
