I paid 125, 000. 00 cash inc. all title fees, individual lender carried note for additional 12,000. over what he bought property at court house steps. I have about 4,000.00 in late fees with all of the pricipal paid and he is saying he's going to sell the note if all late fees aren't paid immediately to my son who lives in the house nothing in writing. I recieved one phone message telling me he could sell it off not that he was going to. Can he do that ? Do I not have any time in which to get this done?
