Hello all,
Me and my husband have been married since 2001, but we've been living together since 1992.............We've been having marital problems and argueing about property and he says if we got divorced I would'nt get nothing!!! We re-financed about 3 yrs. ago ....by a friend from church. Well ...my husband just informed me that if we got divorced I would'nt have any rights to the house because I signed a quick claim deed? He told me at the time of signing the paper that I needed to sign it to get a better rate,,,, because my credit was so bad? That was the only reason I signed it!! Am I dooped? What can I do if we get divorced?
