In 2009 I filed bankruptsly that was discharged 11-09. My current husband was previously married at the time I bought my house so I believe it is not marital property. We both have our name on his work vehicle wich was reposessed dec 1 2010. I did not include the truck in the bankruptsy and affermed to keep it and pay for it. Can they now come back on me for anything since I declaired bankruptsy, but tried to keep the truck..They took his truck now he is unemployed being he is self employed. No Vehicle.. Can they Lein on my house or sherrif sale. Pennsylvania.
