my brother-in-law is in a N.H. and probably remain there. He is retired and has an income of about $3000 a month. His wife is looking into the ladybird deed too protect thier home and thinkd she can be able to apply for Medicaid or CBA. Would his income keep him from being able to get Medicaid or CBA? He also has CD and other savings

Hi jimenezr,

The income of your brother-in-law can keep him from getting qualified for Medicaid or CBA. I will suggest him to contact the Medicaid authority of his state and they will be able to help him in a better manner in this regard.
