| If the home has already had the auction sale, then who ever now owns the home, will give you a notice to quit. Once the notice has been served, you will have a few days to move. If you do not move out by the time on the notice, then the owner will have to go to court to file a unlawful detainer, or eviction. Once the UD has been ordered, you can appeal the UD for more time. Best to work with the new owner, so you can find a place to move, and move your belongings out in a way that helps you get out of the home, and the new owner will not have any damage to the property or have to file the UD. |
