Second question : I'm trying to sell my house "as is" to the tenant in the house. I can not find any information on that subject. Thank you

If there is a mortgage on the property, then you may not be able to do an owner financing. They lender may call the loan due immediately. You should contact a real estate broker and he may let you know more about selling the property "as is". Feel free to ask if you've further queries. Sussane
