What do I do if buy mobile home and find out no title?

Like 0 Dislike 0 I purchased a 14x70 mobile home from fellow. when paid off he informs me the title is lost. I have lived in the trailer for 11 years no problems. IMy circumstances have changed and i need to sell it, but cant withut title. All previous owners are not locatable or whereabouts known. How can I get title as lost or abandoned without having to get previous owners. Stumped and confused!!!

You should even speak to a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. The Motor Vehicle Department would certainly seem to be the most efficient avenue to pursue. _________________ George M.
