I have been married for about 2 years and I have left everything to my wife in a will.Should I also do an inter spousal deed with her to keep my children from taking my property form my wife if I should proceed her in death?

Hi graham!

Welcome to forums!

As you have made your wife the beneficiary of your will, no one can claim any share in your property apart from her. There is no need to file an inter-spousal transfer deed.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
