I have made all my payments to creditors on time since my short sale. my credit scores are from 680-730 from all three credit companies. I would really like to purchhase another home this year. Do I have to wait 3 yrs or is their any banks,mtg companies,private lenders,convectional loans that I qualify for here in tennesse.Please help. 731-298-1468

You need to wait for 2-3 years in order to qualify for a mortgage after a short sale. Before that, none of the lenders will be ready to give you a mortgage. Nevertheless, you should contact the local lenders and apply for a mortgage.
