I took out a mortgage on home and I was alreadly was very sick myself and meds was 2000.00 a mo. And my husband was kill before I got this house in Arkansas,I was from Mississippi which is chearter liveing. Then 6 of my bothers die 1 yr apart then my mother and 45 days later my father then it was over finely in 2008. Now my Foreclosure is because I took out Home Ecquity Loans on my home and then my meds got higher and sicker and can't make payments. So my question is the State of Arkansas have a walk-away/No Deficiency Law.

Hi deraetha,

As far as I know, the lender can come after you for the deficient balance resulting from the foreclosure sale of the property. However, you will have a redemption period of 1 year in order to redeem the property.

Thanks
