I quitclaim my property to my ex-wife but I'm still the main borrower on the note from the bank. I want to know does she still needs my signature to release the title or note

Hi smokeyreddragon,

Your ex-wife won't need your signature while selling off the property. However, if she wants to take any decision regarding the mortgage, then she will have to take your permission as your name is mentioned on the mortgage docs.

Thanks
