Let the community guide you. Post Your detailed question here.
I have ound a double-wide that I really want. I have been told that most banks will not give you a loan with a co-signer for this, is this true and if not where can I go?

Hi Guest!

Welcome to forums!

You can speak to the local credit unions, if you're a member of any of them, and check out if they can help you with a loan. This community has a large number of lenders. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage quote from them and check out if they can help you with a loan.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
