If a home is vacant for two years and has been forclosed is the owners still allowed to remove all the appliance and the home has been listed and an offer has been submitted and accepted by the bank. Does the state of Texas have any laws on this issue.

Welcome anthonyalcala,

As far as I know, the owners can remove their personal belongings from the property though it is foreclosed. But if the new owners have started living in the property, then I don't think the new owners will allow removal of any other things.
