CBCS is the 2nd (collection agency). I need help strategizing the negotiations with a collection agency. They want too much to settle and Fannie Mae 1st will allow only 6% of unpaid balance. Any ideas?

Unless the collection agency agrees to it, the short sale won't be initiated. Thanks
