Hi all,

As a borrower in the mortgage industry, you can benefit from the services offered provided you are able to collect the right knowledge and information. And, when it comes to getting the right knowledge, books are one of the most reliable resources that you can think of. So, for the benefit of our members and guests, I have decided to introduce the Book Center where books related to mortgage and real estate will be available.

Since power comes through the joint efforts of a community as a whole, and not from a single member, our Community will review the books and offer their comments. On the basis of the community feedback, the common people can understand which book can best serve their purpose. They can either read it or buy it for getting the information they require.

Currently I have recommended a mortgage book for the book center. And, I am looking forward to the community members for their review and recommendation.

Very good idea Sam, I completely agree with you that books are one of the most reliable resources that we can think of and it will really be helpful if community members can get all the necessary books from the book center and also recommend some goods books on mortgage and real estate.

Hi Sam,

Yes as there are many terms and conditions that a borrower has to know before approaching any lending institution for a mortgage, I think it is a good move to start such a section.
