I think it will be great to have Eugene as a moderator for the forum. His posts are really very informative. I've learnt many things from his posts.

What about having one more moderator for our forums?

After making 135 posts with some great quality information and valuable suggestions in just 20 days, I would like to recommend Mr. Eric Mathews (livinginnky) – Senior Loan Officer from the state of Kentucky as the moderator of "Mortgage Know – How" forum.

But let's have your feedback on this.

I support Sam's decision of recommending Eric Matthews as the moderator of the forum. It's not that he has been around for a long time, but within a short span of time, Eric has made a mark by helping the community with his valuable suggestions.
