I think this is a really good decision. George is really helpful. He seems to be always ready with his sound information and helpful suggestions. So he fully deserves to be the Moderator of the Mortgage Know-How Forum.
Congrats George . I think you will soon be the Moderator of the Mortgage Know-How Forum.
I think that is a great idea. George has been providing some very valuable insite on the forums. In addition to providing the information, he seems to be genuine in his concern for the poster's situation.
Great idea Sam. What I like about George is that he speaks genuinely when he's addressing someone's problems, I mean he's quite straightforward and that's ok. One has to accept situations and circumstances and move on accordingly.
Even I agree with you Sam. It will be great to have George with us as the moderator of the Know-How Forum. He has always provided useful suggestions and has been a great help to the forums.
first of all, sam: thank you for the consideration and your kind words.
to larry, michelle, caron and jenkin - you have also left kind words here - i appreciate it much.
and i know i am "straightforward" as you say, caron; sometimes a bit sarcastic. thanks to all for putting up with me.

Hello Friends,
It's really great to see Mr. Robert Enriquez's (banker0679) valuable participation towards helping the community. And I would like to recommend him (Sr. Mortgage Consultant of Carteret Mortgage Corp.) as the moderator for Credit Problems and Repair Forums.
I would also love to have your opinions in this regard.
sounds good to me, sam - robert and i have already shared a laugh or two in these forums, and it's always nice to see that someone who is on pretty much the same wavelength as i am is active and knowledgeable.
we have all been enhanced by his insight and commentaries.
that was me up there - neglected to sign in first _________________ George M. Akerley
