Thank you very much. I hope that my contributions will be beneficial and informative to both consumers as well as the community members. I have enjoyed being a part of your community and look forward to continuing as your property appraisal forum moderator.

There has not been much activity in the property appraisal forum and I hope to change that in the coming year by introducing some new topics and bringing in other appraisal experts to assist in the development of informative discussions.

Best of luck to all in the coming year as we continue to weather the economy and the many changes affecting our industry.

I would like to recommend Eric ( eric1 ), Mortgage Broker and Owner of Dream Home Financing LLC, as our new Moderator for the Mortgage Know-How Forum.

His active participation and useful contribution towards our community have convinced me that he is the right person to moderate the Mortgage Know-How Forum.

I would, however, like to know your opinions regarding this. If you have any feedback, feel free to share with the community.

I agree with Jessica and Savior. Eric has long been associated with the community and has been contributing towards it with his valuable knowledge and experience. His selection as the Moderator will, no doubt, benefit the forum.

Thanks everyone ! If granted permission to be moderator, I will do everything I can to keep Mortgage Fit a reputable place for mortgage advice and information. That being said, I cannot be "everywhere". There will be things that I will miss. Please do not hesitate to point out something to me. If you do see something that needs attention, just send me a link to that thread.

She is an active member of this community and has helped people with suggestions regarding financial issues. So, I think, she is the right person to moderate the Mortgage Problems and Solutions Forum.
