Recommending Community Members as Forum Moderators

I would like to introduce one more moderator in our forums.

It's been a long time since CKalvesmaki has been helping our community by sharing his knowledge and experience.

Considering his valuable association with our community, I would like to recommend him as the Moderator of our forums.

Cedric is really good. Knows a lot about the industry. It will help the community if he is made the moderator.

Last few months we have see a lot of contributors at mortgagefit becoming moderators like ken, mike and now cedric. All are experts in their field and very helpful. Their opinions will guide many of us who are still learning about the industry.
