Post Your detailed question here. I GOT A 300.00 PAYDAY LOAN FROM THEM AND THEY HAVE BEEN TAKING OUT 90.00 EVERY 2 WEEKS FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY ALREADY HAVE WITHDRAWN 800.00!!!! MY CREDIT UNION WANTS PROOF I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM FIRST BEFORE THEY PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON IT?? I HAVE PRINTED ALL OF YOUR POSTINGS AND WILL FAX THEM TO THE CREDIT UNION AS PROOF!!!
I think you should send proofs of all the payday loan payments to the credit union. The credit union should know that Geneva Roth has been trying to extract extra money from its borrowers without any reason as such.
Since a long time people have been raising their voices against Geneva Roth through this community.
If more people can come forward and bring to the forefront the illegal practices of Geneva Roth, then very soon the company will have to stop such bad practices.

You may have to file a claim to your bank to get the money that they took out of your account. If you did not authorize the payments most banks will help you stop those payments from occuring.
Well Ray, their number keeps changing all the time. By the way, which state are you in? Geneva Roth may have offices in several states. a friend of mine once told me that they do keep changing their contact numbers which is why people cannot call them up or contact them. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial sucess
Geneva Roth is an illegal company. It is very hard to trace them as they continuously change their contact numbers. You can take the help of an attorney in this regard and can try to locate them.

I also been a victim, and was withdrawn 390$, but luckly for me that was it, I called mt bank, and referred me to chnaging my account after all other legal transactions were complete, and file a complaint, my bank could not help me, but they can transfer you to the correct dept, I still have the same account, I wrote a letter to one of the reps that if my account has another withdrawl, they would be legal actiona agaginst them, and it stopped.
You took correct steps and thus were able to stop withdrawals from your account. I think others facing such problem with this company should do the same.
I would certainly be advising others to take steps as you have taken to stop withdrawals from their accounts.

I contacted them this morning because they have taken $400 out of my account last Thursday. They have no customer service exp. nor training. I asked the rep to send me a letter showing where they have my signature on file and he said. "why would he do that", they continued to get smart with me and repeating what I asked them.
