I just want to thank everyone for reaching out to a complete stranger and lending a helping hand and great advice. It's nice to know that there are still nice and courteous people still left in this world... I have another question tho!! Sorry...

If There are two owners on the house, and one owner #1 wants to agree to have a roomate move in. The other owner#2 does not agree. If the roommate does move in, what does owner #2 have to do to get the roommate out? Or is it possible.. I have lots of problems and issues to deal with until I get this all cleared up and I know it's only going to take time.. I have faith, I have hope.. But hope it doesn't kill me off with all the stress before I finally get through.. Also.. How long does it take to do an assumption agreement to go through? Thanks again for being so kind...

I think you should first try to negotiate with the other owner and come to some settlement regarding the room mate. Or else you may consult a lawyer and take legal advice from him.

You should talk to your lender about the assumption agreement.
