Community introduces MF Live help

Posted on: 14th Jun, 2007 04:58 am
Hi,

Here's something very interesting for you all.

We've implemented the MF Live Help for all our members and guests so that they can directly interact with our customer care team. So, if you wish to discuss on any loan related issue or have a query about our services, just use the Live help. It's going to make things faster!

If you have any query on how the Live help works, please post it here.

Thanks,

Brian.
Live help will lead to better interaction between community members and this site's CC division. I am planning on creating my own site and that time would request you to help me out with installing this system. I request for help in this matter that time. It is still some months now before I finalize the purchase of my new website. A very good system indeed.

Yes live help will be even better than forum as it is direct interaction system.

Mortgagefit is doing whatever it can to give as many ways of communication as there can be possible. It is good to be part of such a community.

I have seen this kind of live help in very few web sites. Mortgagefit is ahead in implementing good tools on its site. Good work.

Hi,
My husband and I are trying to purchase a home using an FHA loan. My question is this. He had defaulted on his student loans, but we are now in repayment. They are all of a sudden not showing up on his credit report, and we were wondering that with them not showing up, are we eligible to do an FHA loan?

Hi,

I guess you should talk to the creditor as to whether or not he has reported the student loan information to the credit bureaus. Otherwise if it starts showing on your report later on, it could lead to problems with your FHA mortgage.

Take care
