Can we have a special section dedicated to industry professionals to discuss industry topics?

I think this would be good for consumers as well as it makes our industry more transparent and can help people understand just what is going on behind the scenes as they sit and wait unknowingly. It would be nice to have a dedicated area for this.

I also see from your introduction post that you started this site to help prevent mortgage fraud. I think that if mortgage and real estate professionals were more candid and open about this business people would benefit greatly from it.

This seems to be a great idea! Yes, if we have a separate forum for industry professionalas where they can discuss on various topics, then there will be some kind of transparency and people can get rid of several myths and misconceptions which they have about the industry.

Hi Eric,

We already have a forum on Lenders community discussions in our Lenders Directory. We implemented it with the idea that lenders and industry professionals should have a platform where they can discuss different issues with themselves.

Hi Eric,

I really appreciate your concern.

There is a separate forum for lenders in our community. We have started it earlier as we felt that lenders and mortgage professionals may have issues to discuss and in turn this would help people understand the industry better.

Right now, I am thinking of highlighting the Lenders Community Discussion Forum along with our other forums. I think it will be more easier for lenders to participate there and common people to know actually what happens in the industry.

I see it now but at first it was a little hard to notice. Looks good I think it would be great if it was included with the main discussions. And maybe highlight that it isn't just for lenders. But that regular people can read it too.
