Hi all,

It's a pleasure to announce that we've come up with the Companies Ranking Chart where lenders or mortgage companies are ranked on the basis of their company profile, accreditation and other details. So, if you're a mortgage company representative, feel free to join our community as a lender and enlist your name in the Ranking Chart. Once you register and add your company details, our system will provide you with ranks such as "Gold", "Silver" and "Bronze". That'll help you promote your services and enhance your customer strength as well.

The Ranking Chart is now available in the Beta version and will be updated from time to time. Any lender having registered as a community member can convert his account to that of a lender so as to enlist his company in the Ranking Chart. Just send me an email and I'll make sure your account is converted. You'll find my contact details in the Contact Us page.

Feel free to give your feedback regarding the Ranking Chart.

With best wishes,

Sam

That's great Sam!

I think it'll be an excellent platform for lenders to highlight their services so as to promote their business. Borrowers too will benefit from it as they can compare the ranks assigned along with the company profile, accreditation, loan packages and other details before they actually choose the one they'll work with.

With regards,

Jessica

Hi Sam,

I agree with Jessica. This is indeed an excellent platform for the lenders and would also benefit the borrowers. Henceforth, the borrowers will be able to compare various mortgage companies and decide as to which one they would go with. Apart from this, borrowers will also able to find out what type of feedback the companies have received from the customers. This would also give the borrowers an idea whether or not the customers are satisfied with the services of the companies.

Thanks.

Hi Sam,

It's a great idea to introduce such a platform in the community! It would be beneficial to both the lenders and the prospective borrowers. The ranks obtained by the companies on the basis of the accreditations, testimonials will give them a competitive edge over other companies in the market. Consumers will also get an opportunity to take a look at the available options and choose a suitable one to match their individual situation.

Once again, a great idea, Sam!

Keep improvising and keep improving... Smile

Ranking Chart will be a great resource for both the lenders as well as the borrowers. Let's hope that Sam will come up with many such resources in the future as well! Smile
