If it is another entity other than Mortgagefit could I get the company and/or contact name? I would greatly appreciate your time and effort in this matter. Alicia A. States have their own requirements for getting a real estate appraisal license. However, they must meet the minimum standards which are set by the Appraisal Institute which is the national certifying board for real estate appraisers. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
