Hi Bolin,

I think the best person to tell you the approximate price of your home is a real estate agent or an appraiser. A real estate agent is a registered active member of local Realtor boards affiliated with the National Association of Realtors. And an appraiser is one who decides the market price of a home based on the condition and the selling prices of similar homes recently sold in the area. So you need to contact them to get the approximate price of your home.

Hello Bolin,

Even I agree with Larry. The realtor and the appraiser are the best person to help you find out the approx price of your house.

They mostly do a comparative analysis of your property apart from considering its condition and this helps in getting a fair idea about its market price.
