The appraiser generally does a primary inspection on the property on the first visit. In case there are some repairs to be done on the property, he visits for a second time to check if the repairs have been done satisfactorily.

Apprisaer prepare initial as per property condition. The inspection decides those things. some times with some discripancies are there then appriser will review and do the final inspection.
