Is this any different than a standard vacant land report form?

Hi Guest,

As far as I know, FW-68 Form is same as that of standard vacant land report form.

Take care.

It really depends on the land. For ordinary residential lots in a subdivision, I would use the standard land report form. There are a few basic land report forms in my report software package but they are all pretty similar. For anything else, I personally prefer a narrative report. There are a few short forms for agricultural land (USDA/FSA Forms)and commercial land, but I don't know too many appraisers that really use them; narrative is usually preferred.
