Hi pwaccilien,

You will have to contact a property appraiser who will first appraise your property and then you will have to pay him whatever he charges. Are you planning to refinance your property?

Thanks

pwaccilien, your question is way too incomplete for a sensible answer. we need to know what your desire is in order for us to provide much information.

having said all that, if your desire is simply to find out what the value of the home is in the current marketplace, then you can go ahead and hire an appraiser to come and provide that information. you would find out the fees involved when you contact an appraiser.
