Our appraisal came to high,now if we sell our home we loose..
We where app,,,at 187,000,,,and our home is not wourth 165,000,,,.
What is the best thing we can do now~!~OMG~!~

Hi Rob&Jen,

It is true that the prices for real estate are at all time low. In such a market situation if you try to sell the property, you will be losing lot of money. If your credit score is good enough, then you can try refinancing the property.

It is advisibale to wait till market grow up.
Right now its not the time to sell the property
