Moreover the statute of limitations will vary from one state to another. Also, if you want to sue the appraiser due to a wrong appraisal, then you should do it at once or else it won't serve your purpose. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success

Statute of limitation is the sort of expiration date that debars debt collectors to collect debts indefinitely from the debtors.
