what is the statute of limitations for someone (or lender) to sue an appraiser?

I haven't heard of statute of limitations in order to sue an appraiser. Moreover the statute of limitations will vary from one state to another. Also, if you want to sue the appraiser due to a wrong appraisal, then you should do it at once or else it won't serve your purpose.

I am agree with Adonis that there is no statute of limitation in order to sue an appraiser. Statute of limitation is the sort of expiration date that debars debt collectors to collect debts indefinitely from the debtors.
