This can be done with a Quit Claim deed - if you have a mortgage doing this technically could trigger the due on sale clause found in the contract language of all notes - however I have never heard of a bank calling a note due that was on time because of this - Good Luck Hope this helps Brian Barnes Nationwide Loans Brian@AimWithFocus.com
