I do have a recent short sale (Jan 2010) on my bureau. Do you think it is possible for me to get a loan to payoff credit card debt? Any help appreciated.

You won't be able to get a mortgage before 2 years have passed since you filed for a short sale. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
