Between myself and my wife we owe $54000 in credit cards. My wife doesn't work because she is working on her Bachelor's in Nursing degree. Have three kids and live in Arizona.

You won't have to disconnect your phone service or your dish network service just because you filed bankruptcy. While you are in Chapter 13, you would get a payment plan from your lender in order to pay off your dues. _________________ Good is the Enemy of Great.
