Guest	Posted: Fri Mar 18, 2011 8:02 pm    Post subject: Foreclosure Like 0 Dislike 0 I live in arizona,I was told by my mortage company on 3-10 that they declined my modification and my request for a postponement of the sale date which was on 3-16, how long do I have to move out.

The notice will mention the time period within which you'll have to leave the property. Thanks
