In Arizona can the HOA come after me for past due even if I foreclosed on my house. I spoke with some real estate brokers and they say no, not in Arizona, is this true?

Hi choixe,

As far as I'm aware of, you remain responsible for the HOA fees, irrespective of the fact whether or not the property has been foreclosed. The HOA can come after you for the outstanding fees and get a judgment against you even if you are in Arizona.
