We decided it should be in her name only. Do we need an interspousal deed and if so for what reasons? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? In other circumstances, you can use a quitclaim deed or a warranty deed to transfer property from one person to another. _________________ Procrastination is the enemy of your financial success
