If I sign an interspousal transfer, giving my husband sole ownership of the house and we put the house in a joint trust, do I own the house by virtue of the trust? (We live in Az, a community property state)

Hi zonalisa,

If the property is in a joint trust, then you may have ownership rights to the property. Nevertheless, you should have a word with your real estate attorney and show him the required documents to take his opinion in this matter.

Thanks
