My ex-boyfriend and I are co-signers on two timeshares through the same company, I'm wondering how I get off the payments as I do not make the payments on this timeshare and have no interest in it? We are in AZ, one timeshare is AZ one is Kauai. At the time we signed the paper work I was not even work.

Hi Guest,

In order to remove your name from the mortgage, you'll have to ask your ex-boyfriend to refinance it in his name. Once he refinances the property, it will release you from the liability of paying the mortgage.

Thanks
