Doing a short sale first mortgage is willing to work with me second is saying there going to garnish my wages it"s legal. I live in Arizona

If the second mortgage lender is unable to recover his dues, then he can file a lawsuit to get a judgment in order to garnish your wages. This will help him in recovering his dues. Thanks
