Like 0 Dislike 0 Does anyone know if I have to file in Arizona where person passed or can I do this where I live at in TEXAS? There isn't any property owned in Arizona just inheirited an Life Insurance Policy only.

As it's a life insurance policy, it would be better to contact the insurance agent. He/she would be the best person to let you know whether or not you will have to file the insurance policy. As far as I know, you do not need to record it anywhere. If you are the beneficiary of the insurance policy, then you'll have to contact the insurance company along with the proof of death of the owner of the insurance and claim the dues.
