Hi oldhawk!

Welcome to forums!

Transferring property just before filing bankruptcy can be considered as a fraud. If you transfer property now, you won't be able to file bankruptcy for about a year. If you do so, the property transfer would be considered as a fraud and the bankruptcy trustee can take actions against you.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
