I noticed that you are listed as an Attorney in Houston. Have you any knowledge of laws in Arizona? I have a quick claim that my Ex Husband signed a couple years ago,but has never been recorded. Just wondering if I have an issue? Thank you

Hi kymmeez!

Welcome to forums!

If the quitclaim deed is not recorded at the county recorder's office, then it won't be considered as valid.

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
