I can no longer afford the $600.00 dues and I want to quit clain at $0 back to the timeshare, with no liens and all dues payed for 2008

Hi tavone!

Yes, you can quitclaim a timeshare property provided the person you are quitclaiming the property takes it from you and refinances the loan in his/her name. If the grantee does not refinance the loan, you will have to keep on paying the mortgage.
