I have a property in Arizona. Will I be able to refinance the mortgage on it with a California based lenders?

If the California based lender operates in Arizona as well, then you will be able to refinance your existing mortgage with them.

You may refinance with any lender who is licensed to do mortgages in Arizona.

It does not matter where a lender is physically located. Physical location can be in any state.

All that matters is whether or not the lnder is LICENSED to do business in Arizona.
